These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MyThinkAI, operated by ThinkSuite Solutions, India. By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Service
MyThinkAI provides AI-powered digital marketing tools including but not limited to:
- AI Content Generator, SEO Optimizer, SEO Analytics Platform
- AI Image Studio, Voice Studio, Video Studio
- Social Media Management, Content Studio, Lead Generation
Services are provided on a subscription basis with per-tool pricing.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Monthly plan: ₹999/month per tool (₹5,000/month for Lead Generation), auto-renewing
- All payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST may apply as per Indian law
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use MyThinkAI to:
- Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Produce illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
- Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
- Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
6. AI-Generated Content
- You own the content you generate using MyThinkAI tools
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate -review before publishing
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits Access MyThinkAi. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
MyThinkAI, its logo, UI design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ThinkSuite Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
ThinkSuite Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyThinkAI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the Delete Account page.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
